01Learning service

We provide JLPT paper practice, mistake review, focused practice, community notes and AI follow-ups. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by JLPT organizers. Accuracy and score estimates are study aids, not official scores or a guarantee of passing.

02Accounts and security

Use an identity you are entitled to use and protect your sign-in codes and devices. Do not impersonate others, resell shared access, automate abuse, bypass permissions, disrupt the service or copy and sell our question database or materials in bulk. The shared sign-in identity and JLPT account are distinct.

03Free and paid access

N5 and N4 papers and question-type practice are free. N1–N3 access, pass rights, AI balances and limits are shown in the App. AI questions and generated exercises consume credits; a pass does not mean unlimited AI. The purchase screen shows the product, price, currency, duration and benefits.

04Apple purchases, restore and refunds

Apple App Store processes in-app purchases. Monthly and exam-season passes provide 1 and 6 months respectively and do not renew automatically. The lifetime pass is non-consumable; AI credit packs are consumable. Prices, currency and access are shown on the purchase confirmation screen. Restore Purchases checks valid purchases; consumed AI credits cannot be restored again.

Keep Apple transaction references when contacting support. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s process. Deleting your JLPT account does not automatically refund purchases.

05Community content

You retain rights to your original notes and permit processing needed to provide, display and moderate the notes feature. Share only content you are entitled to share and follow the community rules. Harassment, discriminatory, sexual or unlawful content, advertising, private data and exam-cheating services are prohibited. Content may be hidden or removed and accounts restricted. You can report, block or appeal to support.

06AI learning assistance

AI answers and exercises may contain errors or omissions. Check them against the question, explanation and reliable learning sources. Use correction or support options to report issues. Data processing and providers are described in the Privacy Policy; do not submit sensitive information.

07Invitations and changes

When 2 new users enter the inviter’s code at sign-up, the system automatically activates one month of membership for the inviter. No redemption is needed, and the new users do not have to practice. The reward is issued once only and invited new users receive none. Participation limits are covered on the activities page. We may make changes needed to maintain the service and will provide reasonable notice or remedies for material effects on purchased access.

08Deletion and contact

Delete JLPT data through My page / Delete account in the App; scope and exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy. This does not automatically delete your shared sign-in identity or other product data. Contact support@oknihongo.com for issues, appeals or rights requests. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
