Delete your JLPT account
Delete in the App without emailing a request.
01Delete in the App
Open My page, select Delete account, review the scope and confirm. Deletion cannot be undone. Save any records you need first.
02Data deleted
JLPT study records, drafts, mistakes, profile, notes, likes, AI conversations and remaining credits are cleared through account deletion. See the Privacy Policy for scope and retention exceptions.
03Data retained
The shared OK Nihongo sign-in identity remains so other products are unaffected. Necessary transaction, security and duplicate-reward prevention records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Your Apple or Google account is not deleted.
04Purchases and refunds
Deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Remaining AI credits are cleared. Pass restoration depends on valid purchase records. Request Apple refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
05If you cannot delete or need shared-identity deletion
Email support@oknihongo.com with the issue and sign-in email. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Shared-identity deletion may affect other OK Nihongo products. We verify ownership and explain the scope.
